Submission of the manuscript or contact request


The procedure of registration and payment is following.

  1. Corresponding person fill out registration data and submit a draft of the manuscript.
    Draft paper can be formatted as you prefer: your paper - your way, no strict requirements for this step.

    All subsequent interaction is carried out by e-mail

  2. Organizational Committee members consider the submitted draft.
  3. If content of the manuscript is accepted, you receive an email of acceptance with the url to payment page.
  4. After receiving you payment Organizational Committee starts an Editorial review of your draft manuscipt which helps you making the paper in the best possible way.
  5. After final content of the paper accepting, you format the manuscript as it is required and send it by email.

For registration and submission

  • Please, fill out all the fields
  • Number of authors in one paper not more than 4 persons
  • Please, indicate Authors' Institution, City of the Institution and Country separated by semicolon (;)
  • Paper Title - 150 characters maximum including spaces
  • Total size of the manuscript file(s) for uploading should be not greater than 10 Mb

IMPORTANT!

  1. Manuscript MUST be submitted in MS Word DOC Format. NOT DOCx
  2. Use Microsoft Equation Editor 3 for the formulae
  3. The usage of Equation Tool (in MS Word 2007+) or MathType is PROHIBITED !
  4. References MUST be inserted into the manuscript with the help of the Reference Manager Software, e.g. Zotero, Mendeley, etc.
  5. References MUST be extracted from the Reference Manager Software, e.g. Zotero, Mendeley, etc. to the RIS file
  6. Both, the Manuscript file and the RIS file with the extracted references must be submitted
